Sudan's president Omar El Bashir is a wanted man. Wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges of war crimes committed in the Darfur conflict which broke out in 2003.

Kenya, a signatory state to the Rome Statute, is under legal obligation to arrest him if he sets foot in the country.
Bashir is expected to attend President Uhuru's inauguration this tuesday on 28th November
