FORD KENYA responds after ODM Seeks to Unseat Wetangula as Senate Minority Leader

FORD KENYA party has today sat and resolved to fully back their leader against the move by Raila led- ODM to unseat him as the Senate minority leader.

The partys' deputy leader Boni Khalwale revealed this early today through his twitter handle

ODM party had written to the Senate speaker, Kenneth Lusaka seeking the removal of Moses Wetangula, Bungoma Senator, as the minority leader and replace him with Siaya Senator, Senior Counsel James Orengo.
This is a move seen by many to sideline Ford-Kenya from the NASA coalition - a coalition whose demise is nigh.
Earlier the deputy party leader had cautioned ODM against the move.

Impunity may allow ODM to remove @Wetangulam as minority leader. But more importantly, ODM must first make up her mind whether she is in Jubilee's government or not. For if she is, then by law, she MUST forfeit PAC/PIC & minority leadership in both houses to ANC, Wiper & FORD K.
