Governor Builds Widow House and Labels it

Generosity is a great virtue so they say. However, the same generosity shouldnt be shouted on top of a house for everyone to know. Is it not the Holy book that says so?

This is not the case in Kakamega County where, through a county initiative, families that dont have decent housing are offered one. The interesting bit is that, after constructing the houses, the county labels the houses as a county initiative. Is it too much of the county government? Have a look
